Direct. They join your Slack, GitHub, Linear, and standups. We don't insert a layer. If you want oversight from us (architecture review, weekly reports), that's a $500/mo add-on.

Engineers default to a 4-hour overlap with your team's working hours. We support IST, GMT, CET, EST overlap. If you need 8-hour overlap, the rate adjusts to $3,500/mo.

Standard MSA assigns IP to you. Mutual NDA. Engineer signs both before access provisioning. We can operate fully within your cloud / GitHub org so source never leaves your perimeter.
